Legal status
Public Organization "Spaceberry Foundation" was registered on March 21, 2025 as a public organization. A public organization is a non-entrepreneurial association whose main purpose is not to make a profit. All of the organization's funds go to its statutory activities.

Financial statements
For 2025 the organization filed simplified micro-entity financial statements: a balance sheet as of 31.12.2025 (form No. 1-ms) and a statement of financial results (form No. 2-ms). In 2025 the organization had no income or expenses, so all figures in the statements are zero.
How we use funds
We collect donations through a monobank jar and direct them to free programs for the design community — design games and their prizes, workshops and other initiatives described on the Programs page.
